Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before manufacturing or dispatch begins.
Once production or dispatch has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refund / Replacement Eligibility
Refunds or replacements will be considered only if:
The product received is damaged during transit
The product is defective due to manufacturing issues
The product received is incorrect
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video evidence.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
Change of mind after order confirmation
Incorrect specifications or details provided by the customer
Minor variations inherent to the manufacturing process
Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
International Orders
Refunds for international orders are limited to manufacturing defects or transit damage only.
Customs duties, shipping fees, and import taxes are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Replacement Policy
Approved replacement products will be dispatched after verification.
Replacement timelines depend on product availability and manufacturing schedules.
