When we accept orders, you will receive order confirmation message /mail
Cancellation requests are allowed only before manufacturing or dispatch begins.
Once production or dispatch has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs, or external factors.
B-Tec Innovations is not responsible for courier delays or customs clearance issues.
7. Returns & Replacements
Replacements are provided only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to verification.
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective.
